Three Acts: Snapshots of Over-the-Rhine

  • Memorial Hall 1225 Elm Street Cincinnati, OH, 45202 United States (map)

The Over-the-Rhine Museum is delighted to announce the next installment in our story-sharing series, “Three Acts in Over-the-Rhine” on Wednesday, December 18th at 6:30 PM in Memorial Hall’s first floor ballroom at 1225 Elm Street. Join us for a unique and heart-warming Three Acts centered around our FotoFocus exhibition Snapshots of Over-the-Rhine and the stories behind it.

The Snapshots of Over-the-Rhine exhibition was co-curated by five long-time Over-the-Rhine residents who share personal photographs, welcoming viewers into private moments of delight, celebration, and adventure. Though sometimes overshadowed by other periods of the neighborhood’s history, Over-the-Rhine of the 1970s, 80s, and 90s was a vibrant place rooted in family, community, business and arts. We invite you to join the exhibit’s curators to explore the stories behind the images of the exhibition.

In addition to exhibit curators, this event will feature Katherine Siegwarth, Executive Director of FotoFocus, and Destiny Moore, chair of the Over-the-Rhine Museum’s community engagement committee to explore how the exhibition came to life and the important missions of these Over-the-Rhine based organizations.
