Over-the-Rhine is known for its collection of historic buildings, many used today differently than originally built. Creative strategies have been applied to buildings across the neighborhood to repurpose them. This program will talk through the adaptive reuse of three examples: one that converted from a manufacturing and residential structure to a full contemporary office building; a school to residential conversion; and the city’s first modern office building that now is made up of residential condominiums.
