OTR Tenement Walking Tour

In the 19th century, Cincinnati had the second most densely populated neighborhood in the country, just behind New York City. Cincinnati also had more tenement buildings than Chicago, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and St. Louis combined. The tour explores tenements in Cincinnati, delving into a few specific buildings, their residents and how their lives were shaped by their dense urban homes. The tour will begin at 1805 Elm Street (In front of the Globe Building / People's Liberty).
